Paper Template and Preparation Guidelines

  • Papers should be in English. Both regular papers and invited papers should include all figures, tables, and references.
  • Previously published work should not be submitted, nor should the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
  • Submissions for the conference must be made as full papers (there is no abstract submission stage) as Word documents through the "easychair". Full papers will be reviewed by the Technical Programme Committee consisting of National and International Reviewers.

  • Full Track papers should be detailed academic articles in conventional format. The length for full papers is 10 pages (maximum).
  • It is the author's responsibility to ensure that their paper does not contain any errors. Elsevier will publish what they receive so it is important that the authors submit the final version of their papers.
  • Please use word format for manuscript preparation.

Proceedings Publication

All the accepted and registered papers will be published in Elsevier journal "Materials Today: Proceedings" as a Special Issue


Policy on Plagiarism

  • Authors are requested to kindly refrain from plagiarism in any form. Authors should submit their original and unpublished research work not under consideration for publication everywhere
  • Manuscript found to be plagiarised during any stage of review shall be rejected
  • As per the copyright transfer agreement, authors are deemed to be individually or collectively responsible for the content of the manuscript published by them.
