TiE Grad 2019- Education to Entrepreneurship & MoU with TiE Hyderabad

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC), Vishnu Institute of Technology organised a One Day program to the students and faculty towards Innovation and Entrepreneurship development and startup culture in the institute. People from various industries visited the campus and come forward to mentor our students towards building their ideas into the reality for starting their own business and ventures as startups.

In this program, Mr Subba Raju Pericherla, Chair, TiE Grad, Director, KLCP Holdings, Founder, CrossBorders addressed the students and initiated TiE Grad Kickoff Session and share his experiences and the winning moments of the various TiE Grad teams. He also mentioned the Solar Power plus Teams who win the TiE Grad Championship at Hyderabad and nominated to Global Competition held at California, US from Vishnu Institute of Technology in 2018-19.

Followed by an Inspirational Talk on Why Entrepreneurship? by Mr Raj Samala, Business Coach, TiE Grad 2019, Founder, Revalsys Technologies and TiE Mentor for Vishnu Institute of Technology. Mr Raj Samala is our mentor for the students towards this TiE Competition and Startup acceleration. He also mentored our Solar Power Plus Team and drives our students towards winning the championship at TiE Grand Finale and also participated in the Global Finals held at California, US.

In the afternoon session, TiE Grad Idea Camp & Idea Validation was handled by Mr Hari Pratap Elduri Idea Coach, TiE Grad 2019 Senior Technology Business Strategist. 526 students participated in this event from all Engineering branches and MBA. 34 teams (six students per each team) has generated 34 unique innovative ideas and turned out for the Idea Validation by Mr Hari Pratap Elduri and worked out on their innovative ideas to complete the TiE Grad lean canvas model.

Our Alumni�s from MBA, Ms. Hema Sri showcase her startup "Charming Crafts" at the event to promote her business. Mr Raj Samala expresses his interest to take up her business for the next level and shared his inputs and suggestions in this regard.

DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL Dr.D.Suryanarayana Garu appreciated MBA TEAM-Charming Craft's Display at TIE Grad 2019-20 Business Idea Tournment, held on 13/09/2019 in Vishnu institute of Technology.
