Interaction with Masayoshi Tamura, GM- HITACHI

Mr. Masayoshi Tamura, General Manager of Hitachi, Japan, interacted with the faculty and the students of both the Engineering Colleges in the forenoon of 15 March 2016. It was an interesting interaction with Mr. Masayoshi Tamura calling for a synergy between India and Japan. Pointing out the similarities and differences between both the cultures, he suggested that there be concerted efforts on both sides to overcome weaknesses and combine the strengths of the two cultures to get the best out of them. He found the Indians to be young, energetic, and passionate with a 'can do' culture. The Japanese are punctual and systematic, more organized. Combining these strengths, he advised the youngsters to make this world a better place.
