Interactive Session with Prof.Vasudeva Varma of IIIT-H

The faculty members of Vishnu Institute of Technology had an interactive session with Prof. Vasudeva Varma, Dean R&D, IIIT-H on 20-11-15. He filled the faculty with positive energy motivating them to discharge their duties effectively in the teaching marathon. He answered various questions from the faculty members and explained how to strike a balance among teaching, research and administrative activities which form a part of their profession. Answering to a question from the audience, he emphasized the role of faculty in bringing positive change in the students and its snowball effect of positive change in other students and in the education system at large.

Dr.D Suryanarayana, Director & Principal, Vishnu Institute of Technology, mentioned various issues that affect the students towards reaching their goal, and explained how the faculty members can bring cultural change in the college environment. Overall, its an enriching experience for all the faculty members who attended the program.
